(3-3)When he has entered the landing strip, taxiways, apron area, or hangars, in violation of the provisions of Article 53, paragraph 3;
(4)When he has performed air navigation services without carrying on his person a certificate of competence, aviation medical certificate, or a permit for aircraft pilotage training, in violation of the provisions of Article 67, paragraph 1 (including when applied, to Article 35, paragraph 5), or paragraph 2 of the same Article;
(5)When he has engaged in the operation of any aircraft, or engaged in an instrument or night flight, or given flight instruction in violation of the provisions of Article 69;
(5-2)When he has been on board an aircraft used for any scheduled air transport service as pilot-in-command, in violation of the provisions of Article 72, paragraph 1;
(6)When he has carried or cause to be carried, in an aircraft such goods as are specified under Article 86, paragraph 1, in violation of the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same Article;
(7)When he has dropped or cause to be dropped, any article from an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 89.;
(8)When he has made a parachute descent from an aircraft in violation of the provisions of Article 90;
(9)When he has failed to comply with the instructions under the provisions of Article 96, paragraph 2, in violation of the same paragraph of the same Article;
(10)When he has committed such acts as are likely to adversely affect the flight of an aircraft and as specified by the relevant Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, in contravention of the provisions of Article 99-2.
(Offences relating to the Duties of Pilots-in-Command, etc.)
Article 151. Any pilot-in-command shall, when he, by abusing his authority has compelled any other person on board the aircraft to do anything beyond the scope of such person's duty or obstructed any other person from exercising his rights, be liable to a period of incarceration not exceeding 24 months.
Article 152. Any pilot-in-command shall, when he, in violation of the provisions of Article 15, has not exhausted every means necessary to rescue passengers or to prevent injury or damage to persons or objects, be liable to a period of incarceration not exceeding 60 months.
Article 153. Any pilot-in-command, shall, when he comes under any of the following categories, be liable to a fine not exceeding 500,000 yen:
(1)When he takes-off in an aircraft in violation of the provision of Article 73-2;
(2)When he has failed to furnish a report under Article 76 paragraph 1 to paragraph 3 inclusive, or fabricates a false report;
